Lauren Whiteman discusses her personal story battling chronic illnesses, how she discovered that she could heal without drugs or doctors, healing dogs naturally in spite of the vet’s belief that the dogs would die, the species appropriate diet and life science, terrain model vs germ theory, books to check out, and tips on transitioning to a more healthy lifestyle. She is one of the moderators of the growing facebook group Terrain Model Refutes Germ Theory, and remains active teaching  the Terrain Model, while using principles of species appropriate diets to rehabilitate sick dogs and cats.
